MINI · The necessary scar
I seek the shortest scar that permits the surgery to be performed properly. Its position and length depend on your anatomy and the work required, assessed during examination.

DEEP · Work in the deeper tissues
The main work repositions deeper tissues so the skin does not have to carry all the tension. Diagnosis and anatomy guide the approach.

LIFTING · Reposition, not just tighten
Position, volume and skin quality are different goals. It can be combined with platysmaplasty, fat transfer, eye-area surgery or skin treatments when indicated.

What the operation involves
In my usual practice we use local anaesthesia and sedation with an anaesthetist. Surgery typically takes 3–5 hours and is outpatient, with a companion at discharge. Social recovery is approximately 10–20 days. These timings do not replace your individual plan.
