At what age should I consider a facelift?
There is no right age for everyone. The indication depends on anatomy, health and expectations.
How long does surgery take?
As a guide, 3–5 hours depending on the operation and associated procedures.
What anaesthesia is used?
In my usual practice, local anaesthesia and sedation with an anaesthetist. Individual assessment determines the plan.
When can I return to work?
Social recovery is approximately 10–20 days, depending on surgery, progress and your activity.
When can I wash my hair?
Usually around 48 hours, always following the team's instructions.
When can I exercise again?
Around one month as a guide, progressively and when the team authorises it based on recovery.
How long should I stay in Mallorca?
We usually plan 5–10 days, adjusted to surgery and recovery.
Can complications happen?
Yes. We discuss them before surgery and provide follow-up to recognise and manage problems. You can read the complete complications page.
How much is the first consultation?
€80, approximately 40 minutes, in person or by video. Payment is arranged when scheduling; this form does not take online payment.
