A facelift aims to reposition descended tissues and improve contours such as the facial outline, jawline and, where indicated, the neck. The work must be adapted to your anatomy.
It is not designed to remove every wrinkle, pigment mark, pore or texture change. If the main concern is the skin surface, we assess other tools such as CO₂ laser where indicated.
Position and volume are different. In some patients fat transfer complements a facelift, but it is not automatic and does not always replace repositioning.
A natural face can retain folds, movement and expression. My aim is not to erase your identity, but to understand what has changed and what makes sense to treat. Recovery and complications must also be discussed before deciding.
